Before engaging with Finchley's I had been badly burned by 2 other agencies, so to say I was reluctant to engage with another would have been an understatement. But from my first call with Dora, who was a total dream and could not of been more patient when I vented my frustrations and concerns. Followed up with another call from Raj, the owner, who could not have done more to help and advise. I could tell instantly these guys were different!! Without a doubt, I was hard work as a client, but nothing was too much for them to put my mind at ease and help with the sale of my flat. Once the flat was ready to go on the market the baton was passed to the lovely Katie to handle the viewings and subsequent offers and sale. She kept me informed at every single step of the way and went above on beyond in helping me handle the sale of the flat while living 250 miles away in the middle of a pandemic! The only disappointing part of the whole process is that now the sale has completed, I won't have to speak to these gorgeous people on a daily basis.
